So I managed to unlock my bootloader, rooted my device at its latest firmware 12.0.6 something version, but whenever I tried to install gsi tools via pc especially after I booted it up to fast boot at my first try, suddenly when I typed and enter the command code "./fastboot.exe reboot...

So basically saying that flashing MIUI through fastboot or recovery while your devices is already unlocked and installed a GSI custom rom leads to soft brick the device itself?

I have so many questions involving putting a custom rom... 1.What should I do if I get bootlooped? 2. If I installed Havoc OS on Merlin, does it affect performance in any way? 3. Which Rom is the best for gaming performance and personalization?

Is there any possible way to unlock the bootloader other the option you just give? It seems that I need to wait for a long time

I saw different kernels that can be installed alongside with the custom roms, is this method going to support in installing those kernels without any problems?
