Post [XPOSED] Snorlax - Pokemons IV checker and more for Pokemon Go

I'm using a nexus 6 with SuperSU 2.78 SR1 + suhide 0.53 + Systemless Xposed v86.2 but get "Failed to detect location" I've tried various GPS / Joystick apps and modules, but all seem to give the same error. I'm assuming that it is because Go can detect the use of mock location. Any ideas anyone?

    Post [DISCUSSION] Xposed for Lollipop

If anyone else has this issue, then make sure that you have Root Explorer (or equivalent, like Amaze) installed BEFORE applying the zip. Once you get the space warning use your file explorer to delete the contents of /data/davlik-cache. This worked for me!

    Post Xposed coming soon!

After about 5 failed attempts to install Root Explorer when the space warning is present (it seems that this kills all installs) I tried another file manager (Amaze) and deleted the contents of /data/davlik-cache, the warning has now gone and the Xposed Installer has now installed. Thanks michyall.

    Post Xposed coming soon!

I can't wipe davlik as it's in /data, which TWRP cannot read due to encyption (unless there's a version of TWRP that can support it? I'm using 2.8.5.0) Thanks, I will try and re-install and see what happens.

    Post Xposed coming soon!

I'm having the free space issue, but as my phone is encrypted I can't seem to wipe the cache, or should I say TWRP doesn't seem to execute the command properly. I've tried via the mfastboot command (mfastboot erase cache), but it doesn't seem to help :(

    Post [DISCUSSION] Xposed for Lollipop

OK, so I've done some digging around and found the command to clear the cache from fast boot (mfastboot erase cache). I've done this, but I'm still getting the error about space. Is this command equivalent to clearing the cache? (I'm confused by the Davlik comment though!)

    Post [DISCUSSION] Xposed for Lollipop

I've got a Moto X (2014) and have exactly the same issue. I wiped the cache after applying the zip in TWRP and still get the out of space warning, and even messenger is warning about space now. I have encryption enabled (mandatory due to work), and I'm wondering if that is causing the issue?

    Post XT1092 Nandroid / Fimware

In my case I was going from 4.4.4 GB to 4.4.4 EU, then side loading the EU 5.0 OTA. The zip that daywalker04 uploaded should take you straight to 5.0, so the steps may differ a little. So I unzipped, copied mfastboot (the Motorola fastboot tool) and executed the following (I've added the extra...

Post [MOD][4.4/5.x/6.0] No Lock Home v2.2.0 (WiFi/BTS Unlock)

Thanks for the info, but I'm not looking to find out if this mod can be used with an encrypted device. I'd like the mod to be able to also remove the requirement to encrypt the device, or to be more specific fake the response to the check by the app in much the same way as the response to the...

Post [MOD][4.4/5.x/6.0] No Lock Home v2.2.0 (WiFi/BTS Unlock)

Feature Request: I was thinking of switching from a different mod as this seems to be very feature rich. My only issue is that I'd like to use an app that requires Device encryption. Is this something that you could add to your mod to avoid (just like the lock screen requirements)? Thanks for a...

I started to put together an app that wraps the native calls, without the media library code, to scan an report issues. Unfortunately I don't have the time at the moment nor can I reproduce the issue on my N4 now :( . Source code-wise, I was looking at the java wrapper that the Media Service...

Post [SCRIPT] KILL android.process.media FOR SAVING BATTERY

AFAIK this script will stop the process running once started, and will temporarily help, but won't solve the underlying issue. Post Got my first scratch. I used to think a screen protector was not necessary.

I hate screen protectors, but hearing all of the reports of scratches I went with an XO one. They don't fit perfectly, but most of the time you don't even notice it. The main thing that I find annoying is the increased resistance when swiping across the screen.
