If you chose tmous as phone setting. Its now in system/media. However the boot animation does not work. Just delete the bootanimation encrypted.zip and move whatever to that folder. You need to rename file to bootanimation.zip for it to work. And downanimation.zip for bootdown

I got everything up and running RC 2 is running great. My problem i had earlier was a corrupted data partition. I ended up using latest RUU for a clean restore and not leave any traces of bad files. Then all i did was reflash twrp and reinstall rom

Well ive RUUed and now everything is running great again. I chose to do the RUU for a full clean restore with no traces of anything. All i had to do after was reflash twrp 2.8.7.1b1 and reflash rom.

i got the same problem as you. as of right now i just RUU'ed my phone using the latest dev firmware here http://www.htc.com/us/support/htc-one-m9/news/ to do a full cleanout of everything and reinstalling. ill let you know if everything goes good

I think i found a bug. Gallery app works fine. when i send a mms through text. It goes fine no problem. The problem is when i click on my picture to view it. I always get htc gallery force close. Can anyone replicate this?

phone was fine before updating. I updated my phone anyway (i like to be up to date with things). after installation I tested it out and had the silent bug. followed your edit # 2 and all is good again. thanks for the heads up[emoji1]

u can put it into system/media folder named to bootanimation.zip. just make sure you set permissions
