To fix your network problems and com.android.phone crashing you must install the stock rom for your country and using root copy the CSC folder in root directory, then use that folder to replace CSC folder in the Rustrom zip. I can't include CSC for every country. Then update Samsung browser...

You need to read the info about Google version in my post you just quoted. Important - Must go to setting - Apps - Default Apps - Calling app And choose Google phone. I tested it many times and it works fine if you do that step.

We are talking about ram usage. Device storage is about 7.5gb used 8.5gb free on 250g device. I didn't edit device storage at all it is same as stock.

Thanks for the rom it's working very well. One thing I'd like to ask is if it is possible to add secret network setting so I can choose what LTE bands to use. Someone else wanted it to they posted earlier. I think the Galaxy S9 has it. Not sure how hard it would be to add.

Thanks mate, Can confirm it works on the Australian model SM-A505YN. There is one step missing from the guide, The part where you have to hold Volume up and power, Then let go of both quickly to boot into rooted mode.

Okay thanks for the info. Guess I was lucky that you can't do anything. I tired to delete a few pre installed apps and edit the host file. Looks like this is as good as it gets until we can unlock bootloader.

It doesn't let you do anything to system or boot partition. I tried editing and deleting and doesn't work. Have to wait until bootloader unlocked.

stizzie I can't wait, hate having a device that I don't have full control. I've asked Nokia on there forums and signed a partition that is closed now, That's all I can do and just wait. I read somewhere that Nokia will allow it soon but who knows how long. Hopefully someone finds another way soon.
