Thanks for the suggestion, already did that and twrp still requires a pass so i wiped out all data and all is good now. I've used all three roms + LOS and Mokee by far is the best with regard to battery life, also on Havoc and LOS one or two apps did not work and on Mokee everything works just...

Guys, i installed the 12.02 nightly update and today i tried to install the 16.02 nightly update ota and twrp all of a sudden requires a decrypt password and i cannot see the internal storage even though i don't use a pass/pin on the mi pad 4. Before installing the 12.02 nightly update twrp...

This is also my question. I tried downloading the 9.0 version through the mokee centre but there is a verification error everytime i try and download it. So if i try and dirty flash the rom should i also flash the 9.0 gapps? So first clear dalvik/cache -> then dirty flash 9.0 rom and 9.0 gapps...

    Post [Nightly][Mokee][MK81.0-clover-201811250036]

Has anyone tried the 9.0 version? Is there a stand-by battery drain cause the 8.1 version's stand-by is great?
  11. M

    Post [Nightly][Mokee][MK81.0-clover-201811250036]

The 9.0 build poped-up in the mokee centre. Has anyone tried to update it through the mokee centre? The 9.0 update shows as incremental so probably it could autoupdate similarly to the 8.1 builds?

    Post [ROM][9.x][OFFICIAL] Havoc OS v2.8 | [clover /MI PAD 4 and 4 PLUS]

HBO GO is the streaming app for HBO subscribers. I did not root the mipad intentionally and the HBO app was also crashing when i installed the Lineage 16 version, so maybe it's a pie problem and the app is not supporting that version of Android. I'll install the 8.1 mokee rom and see if the app...

    Post Android 7.1.1 released

A month later, after the first release of 7.1.1 for the z5 family and still no update for the unlocked & unbranded CE1 & 5 regions (yeah, i know i could flash a different rom, i've done that before and rooted etc., but that's not the point). What a joke Sony have become. Why bother giving more...

Post Android 7.0 is the last version update for Z5!

Do not kid yourselves, Z5 won't get 8.0, it is highly debatable whether it will get 7.1.1. at this point. I've owned almost every Sony flagship phone except the XZ and they typically got 2 major updates and that's it.

It's been almost a month. Stop defending Sony, they've had 7 ****ing months to prepare this 7.0 update, and i'm not talking about 7.1.1. , but they, as always, ****ed it up. Typical Sony stuff.

Wow, what a way to treat your loyal fans, Sony! Not a word on the ****.ed-up 7.0 update for the Z5 family, cause, you know, the XZ is now the flagship and they are concentrated on pushing every security update to the newer phones. I'm definitely done with this company.

    Post Discussion - Z5 Nougat ( Android 7)

Who the **** talks about HTC, i don't care about their update schedule, i care about the fact that Sony had 6 ****ing months to release a stable 7.0 version (not 7.1.1) and they ****ed up badly.

Another day without info regarding the ****ed-up 7.0 update. Pretty disappointing, i've been a fan since the old Sony Ericsson days and i've had most of their flagship devices but this phone will be my last one.

    Post Xperia z5 nougat recalled

I've commented in other threads, but once again - a **** - up of colossal proportions from Sony. The Marshmallow update was released 5 months after Google pushed it to its nexus devices, now it will be 6 months at minimum.

Post New 32.2.A.0.305 firmware rolling out for Z5

I cannot understand how Sony could ruin battery life after each small update. On .305 the battery life is extremely poor, much poorer than on .253. :angry
