i did not test the speed with ext4 in the last build there were error when change filesystem to f2fs without ebcrypted storage, but i do not know why, ithe way is how mokee9.0 change ext4 to f2fs rcstar6696 had told that ext4 low speed was not because of kernel

maybe you can try crdroid, its cpu control is different from havoc os, and it can choose performance configuration. it drain 0--1% battery when standy about 6 hours.
