Yes, that was one of the big issues i had - after reboot it was okay again. I think thats a issue of the FW but i dont know exactly. Because of this an other problems i went back to 12.03 release with old FW and now everything is fine again. Hope next release will fix it

If you are on 1105 -> enable USB Debugging in Developer settings so that you can use logcat. After the update the debugging option is still active Than you can make a logcat. May its only one app which you can uninstall or erase data of the causing app

50 seconds? I think it's enough time to enable ADB / USB Debugging in Developer Settings to get a logcat output and may you can see why your phone is crashing.
