Hello I assume your bootloader is locked. You can try to boot to recovery (Power + Vol up) dans wipe data. On the most case this could fix your problem. BTW you'll lost all your data.

Not all poco support 70hz. You need to downgrade to 65hz or 60hz version.

It's just a matter of taste. If you prefer Android stock install Lineage Os on the other hand stay on miui. Personally I am on the beta miui android pie and I am very satisfied with it. Note that miui has better performance

You can without unlock the bootloader. Just download the stable recovery rom and install it with the Miui updater (in settings), but be careful your internal storage will be wipe.

I've thé same issue. If you fastboot is "broken" you dont have choice you need to short pin (it's easy)..

Put your phone in edl mod Sélect clean all and lock Flash the system After you Phone boot up just repeate theses operations Your Bootloader will lock Ans the MI logo will diseapear
