I've been using Bliss Rom for about a week and i'm pretty happy with it. It has the OOS Cam as well as GCam, and both work well.

It's best to wipe system if clean flashing, regardless of whether you think the rom has such a script. it's better to be safe than sorry.

It's called a PhotoSphere. Once you take the full sphere, you can create a "tiny planet" through the edit menu. VERY HARD! I've been practicing since it came out, and i've gotten pretty good. This was one of my best :) Here's a link to the sphere...

If you just flash the bootloader and modem, you don't need to re-unlock or wipe anything. If you flash the full factory image, you'll have to unlock, then flash recovery, then wipe all and flash rom. I didn't check what link you have, but it's likely just the bootloader & modem.
