I installed the latest devbase v6 in twrp it says installing system then error in uevent something like that then it suddenly reboots to twrp again. When I reboot to system from twrp its stuck in galaxy s7 logo.Am I missing something? Do i need to wipe/reset first before installing yet in the op...

After installing the ROM just rename or delete it in file manager of TWRP recovery. see my post above.

Go to recovery then mount system partition. Open file manager in advanced tab then go to system and open priv-app. There you can find the AutoPreconfig folder open it and rename the AutoPreconfig.apk to AutoPreconfig.apk.bak Now reboot your device.:good:

If you want the camera and flash to work you need to clear cache/dalvik cache every reboot.it worked even in pixel master. Just a work around but maybe a bit annoying though.

if you have no pc try flashing the old magisk 14.0 first in twrp then flash latest build through magisk manager .worked for me a while ago.:) or you can also try patch the boot.img method as stated above by KurokoNiiChan.
