No, it isn't. As noted in your screenshot, Smart Switch clearly states that this will Initialize/Delete your data and to backup. That "update" will revert you to Oreo as Smart Switch cannot see beta updates.

Yes, from the looks of it that would be the case. I have Jeter and am having the same issue with the bootloader rejecting the gpt file.

I do not know unfortunately if they share the same motor, this is the first LG phone I've used in a while since the G6 first came out. I wouldn't doubt it though as they seem to be very similarly built. Hopefully you get the issue sorted! :)

Well that's interesting. That zip is the one I recieved at 260 MB. Wonder why there's a minor size difference ?

For anyone on Bell who may not have for some reason received the update, here is the OTA zip to do what you want with. I am not sure if this is applicable to other carriers as I've noticed the file sizes are different. For Bell mine was 260.4 MB compared to a Koodo 263.9 MB update.

I can't say for sure as I've never tested this, but I honestly don't see why you wouldn't still receive any updates through the normal OTA process. If you don't, I'll do some research and see if there's firmware for this phone anywhere. (I just picked this phone up a few days ago so I'm still...

My haptic feedback has been fairly normal. Vibrations have been almost as powerful as my Note 8, but I have not experienced any awful noise with every tap. I would almost bet there's something odd going on with the motor.

Unable to boot? hello, thanks for this build. I have flashed the latest build in TWRP but for some reason keep getting thrown back into TWRP after flashing everything and rebooting. I'm not entirely sure why this is occurring.

Everything runs well. I always enjoy running custom ROMs based off of Lineage. There are some skips I've noticed while scrolling in certain apps that cause the device overall to slowdown for a short period of time but that could be numerous things. Not really sure. I had to get a notification while the screen was off for it to work for me. After resetting my phone once that didn't work until I turned ambient display off and then on under system ui tuner in settings. Either one should hopefully work.

You would be correct. You cannot be on nougat firmware when installing this ROM. :)

Pain-N-Panic is correct, recovery is included in the boot.img and your TWRP installation *should* have been replaced by stock when flashing a full factory build. Every build I've flashed has always said recovery.sig not found. That is normal as far as I'm aware. I've noticed that it all depends...

That is correct yes, though after successfully getting TWRP to boot and factory resetting/decrypting/rooting, it will not factory reset from there forward. That menu is later just used to boot into TWRP.
