I am trying to restore my LG G2 D801 and it says "Device was not found in dload trying to flash programmer" I am running Windows 8.1 64 bit.

I am using windows 8 64 bit. I have tried the program on windows 7 32 bit and it still gave me the error.

It is detected as 9008 and it is COM Port 3. I made sure I selected COM Port 3 in Board Diag 3.99.
