You could try flashing the stock rom and see if that solves the problem.

I use resurrection remix and as of now all updates (which are weekly) have to be manually applied. I believe some people simply dirty flash over the previous builds but I always clean flash. The choice is yours, whatever works best for you.

I just tried the newest build and the Bluetooth bug still persists. I'm unable to send files to my phone from my PC it keeps failing because Bluetooth keeps automatically resetting.

You can go here and see if you can find the appropriate firmware for your phone. Wipe, flash and reboot. BTW, OTA updates will fail every time if you do not have a completely stock system including stock recovery.

Try this version here. I use it daily and have never experienced that systemui error that plagues the earlier releases.

If you have a custom recovery installed you can flash it from there. Go here and grab SuperSU and follow the instructions.

I believe you have to update Motorola Update Services before any Lollipop upgrades will show. You can do that from the Play Store.

Are you on stock or a custom rom? Certain custom roms may have built in root access for everything else you will have to flash SuperSU. Glad to see you got the recovery issue sorted. I'm with you I don't particularly like TWRP so I pretty much use Philz exclusively.

You can also try philz recovery. Not sure why it won't stick after you flash but be sure go into recovery right after you finish flashing otherwise it will overwrite back to stock I believe.

Same thing happened to me unfortunately but I've found this one here and it is working beautifully. Try it and see if it works for you without the constant systemui errors.

You can try: fastboot erase recovery And then: fastboot flash recovery recoveryname.img After you flash the custom recovery boot into it right away and see if that works.

I just booted into custom recovery (I use Philz) and wiped the different partitions along with /cache and /dalvik. You can follow the guide and use the push method or you can use sideload which I did.

The Lollipop OTA is very picky, I believe any modifications to the stock firmware will cause the update to fail. You will need to have a completely stock system for the OTA to install successfully. Find the correct KitKat firmware for your phone and flash it then try upgrading.
