Is it only me or when you pull down completely the status bar the text at the top (time, battery, reception etc...) disappear?

I got a problem If I flash the rom & gapps everything runs good (wipe system, data, cache, vendor), if I falsh magisk I get bootloop. I used both TWRP and RW Treeble, I flash magisk 16, 16.3 and 16.4 but I always get the same result.

It should be possible to downgrade, you shouldn't flash the boot loader and the partition gpt
