Ur phone is normal . and if u select gsm only means u can't connect to 3g and if u select wcdma means u can access only 3g and vice versa Edit; it may be silly mistake see u have enabled...

I had on different ROM, Dial *#*#4636#*#* , turn off radio and turn on it and select network mode , it worked for me
