Post [APP][4.1+][v3.4.15.1] BubbleUPnP - UPnP/DLNA/Chromecast Control Point and Renderer

i don't believe it's due to CPU usage, because the video isn't being transcoded, and when I was looking at the CPU usage it was between 0-5%. It's a Core i5 2500K, with 16 GB of RAM, running Windows 10. And with the same videos, as soon as i manually downmixed the audio to 2.0, it played fine.

Post [APP][4.1+][v3.4.15.1] BubbleUPnP - UPnP/DLNA/Chromecast Control Point and Renderer

it's h264. i tried a few different h264 videos. i could probably get you a video where this happens, if that helps. anyways, thanks for the workaround! i swapped out my v2 chromecast for a v1, and that appears to solve the issue for now, too. thanks again!

Problem with BubbleUPNP Server & Chromecast i'm not sure if this is the right place for this, so let me know if this belongs elsewhere. been using the BubbleUPNP Server & Android APP for a few years now and it's been working great. thanks for all your hard work! it seems with the latest...

I have the same issue. Also tried using this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.androits.gps.test.free but it never sees any satellites. Other roms i've tried have no issues (sultan cm13/cm12.1).

    Post [ROM][6.0.1][Official]Dirty Unicorns Bacon 10.1

I've seen the same issue. For me, to reproduce it, touch the "Cast screen" quick setting, then touch "More settings". The extra space then appears when you pull down the notification/quick settings. I can make it go away by touching "Cast screen" again then touching "Done". My guess would be...

    Post [ROM][AOSP] CarbonRom KitKat [Peregrine]

I've had the same problem before as well. I believe it's a problem with Chrome, and not the ROM, as I've had it happen on stock, and i've seen it happen on my wife's stock Note 3. Usually closing the tab and opening a new one works for me.

I still get stuck at "Obtaining IP Address" when using DHCP on my work wireless network. Works fine at home (with DHCP), and it works once I switch it to static IP.

Post [ROM] Official Cyanogenmod 11 4.4.4 for the Moto G 4G (Peregrine)

Somcom3X I'm having the same issue as above at work, connecting to a Cisco MR16 Router using WPA2-PSK. It does however work at home fine connecting to a Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH using WPA2-PSK and AES cipher. This is with the test build you posted on Monday, Sept 1. Connecting to both routers...

Wifi not working on some routers I'm currently trying out the CARBON-KK-NIGHTLY-20140818-0215-peregrine build on my XT1040 on Rogers. Almost everything works great, except i've been noticing some issues with Wifi that i've never had before. Basically, it connects fine to my home network, but...

Post [APP][2.3.4/2.3.5] Cyanogen Mms.apk working on Stock Rom

This was just a quick recompile of the existing Mms from the Cyanogen mod project, to get it working on a stock rom. In order to make the changes you are suggesting, you would need to change the xml files. Again, Cyanogen may have more customizable settings in their rom, this is a fairly old &...

Post [APP][2.3.4/2.3.5] Cyanogen Mms.apk working on Stock Rom

i've only ever tested this with a Nexus S, so it appears that it's not compatible with a HTC WFS. have you been over to the HTC WFS forums to see if they have any advice for you?

very minor issue here - can't seem to edit APN's (from System Settings -> More ... -> Mobile Networks -> Access Point Names. i'm able to add new ones, but can't edit them after they have been added as well. anyone else have this? other than that, great work on 1.5.5!

    Post Root, OTA, Market update

from what I can make sense of, it sounds like you should be getting updates. The FAQ you posted says that if you try to install one of the official OTA updates through CWM, it will fail most of the time. i don't know how reliable that "checkin" trick is, and it may depend on your carrier as...

    Post Battery troubleshooting (ROM inspecific)

i recently had a major problem with battery drain on a fresh install of a rom, and i found the culprit to be my APN settings. I am on the Rogers network, and for some reason in my APN settings, it was listing Chatr as the active APN. I also noticed the settings for the Rogers apn's didn't look...

Post Someone help me! (BatLife woes)

i was having horrible battery drain after flashing a new rom & kernel - i finally figured it out that my APN settings were messed up and I re-entered them according to the correct carrier settings. i don't know if that will apply to you since it looks like your 4G data is working properly, but...

Post [APP][2.3.4/2.3.5] Cyanogen Mms.apk working on Stock Rom

there are some settings (SMS split) which I believe will split the message for you, rather than letting your carrier handle it (and from what I understand, some don't support it). Maybe try turning that option on and see if that helps?

Post [APP][2.3.4/2.3.5] Cyanogen Mms.apk working on Stock Rom

it looks essentially the same as the stock MMS.apk, but when you go to Settings, you have the option of changing the background to black, and changing the font size, etc.

Post [APP][2.3.4/2.3.5] Cyanogen Mms.apk working on Stock Rom

i'm pretty sure you have to be rooted to use this, as i don't think you can get at the Mms.apk when your phone isn't rooted. i could be wrong on that. anyone else know for sure?

Post [APP][2.3.4/2.3.5] Cyanogen Mms.apk working on Stock Rom

The Cyanogen MMS is more configurable. You can toggle between the standard white background and black background, you can change the font size, SMS split options, change the attachment save folder, custom user agent and other things.

i grabbed the latest code for Mms from the cyanogen project on github, and i just replaced the stock Mms source with the one from cyanogen in the android source. i then compiled it, tested it on my phone, and it worked!

Thread [APP][2.3.4/2.3.5] Cyanogen Mms.apk working on Stock Rom

I managed to get the Mms.apk from Cyanogen working on my stock deodexed rom. Settings works perfectly. All I did was compile against the stock sources, and voila, it all works. I have only tested it on my Rogers i9020a Nexus S, running 2.3.4. Let me know if you have any issues. I have attached...
