Solved. I got back the signal after reflashing hob, dhob and fsc. IMEI is provided by Xposed (though only one IMEI instead of 2, I have dual sim phone).

Did anybody have positive results applying these recommendations?..

Welcome to the club :/ You erased your IMEI and still now there's no possibility to restore it. Some operators are strict, others are not so, but mainly over Europe you have to have your unique IMEI to use the GSM/UMTS services.

I think, it won't work. As there's no quite well understanding where IMEI is stored in Moto G.

Exactly, if your real IMEI=0 due to erasing nvram, e.g., your phone will not work, as the operator sees real IMEI.
