Post [ROM] [OFFICIAL] [Lollipop 5.1.1] Cyanogenmod 12.1 for Moto X

I downloaded Bank's 5.1 GApps, and the latest 12.1 Nightly. Disable any Xposed modules you may have enabled just to be safe, reboot after. Boot into TWRP Recovery. Backup everything — System, Data, Boot. (Do it, don't be lazy!) Dirty flash 12.1 Nightly. Flash GApps. Reboot system. Not a...

Post [ROM] [OFFICIAL] [Lollipop 5.1.1] Cyanogenmod 12.1 for Moto X

Dirty flashed CM12.1 over CM12 using the Banks minimal GApps for 5.1. Had used the PA GApps Stock package previously on CM12. No force closes, Play Store working fine. Only thing that was an issue is Google Keyboard was a System app under the PA GApps and isn't now, so I had to use the AOSP...

Correct, it does not work with any options and just for the navigation bar. Stays with the default Kit Kat gradient which displays normally. This is the change they made recently that seems to be what broke it, and the upstream ThemeEngine changes I assume may also have broken it on CM...

    Post [MOD][Xposed][4.4+] Translucent Style

It doesn't seem to be able to theme the navigation bar any more on Paranoid Android's most recent alpha builds. Probably something to do with recent merges from the Theme Engine to allow themes to color the navigation bar. Love the module though! Thank you for it. Sent from my Nexus 4

Sadly, nothing has been added to the change log thread since March. There's been two updates since then with mystery changes. Closest to a change log is reading the Gerrit, though sometimes it's a bit odd.

Re: [APP][Official][2.1+] Lux Auto Brightness 0.76 One thing I noticed and you might want to tinker wwith is the sample polling rate under Advanced. Your device just might not like something using a sensor that often and that quickly, and at the least it'll help narrow down whats causing...

Post [ROM] MIUI ROM 2.4.1 Nexus S 4G [ICS] [UPDATED 4-1-12]

Yeah, it seems to help with the launcher redraws. The MIUI launcher seems to be a massive memory hog though so having it redraw isn't that surprising! I've noticed that background services will live on longer than they did before, so that's worth running the Supercharger for. Voodoo's analog...

    Post [ROM][MIUI 4.0][02 JAN][ICS 4.0.3] MIUI SwAT 1.12.23 RC2_NS4G

MIUI China is overhauling a number of features in ICS to bring back the capabilities they had on the Gingerbread versions such as the Firewall features... One of the side effects of these changes being half finished right now is that on versions newer than 1.12.23, the CDMA data does not work...

    Post [ROM UPDATE 01/19/12][Deodexed][1.12.23-2.1.13 Framework][ICS] Nexus S 4G 4.0.3

The biggest hold back right now is that MIUI has apparently been making some changes on the CDMA side which have broken features on the NS4G such as mobile data. Having a version a few updates older, but with working data, is a fair trade off for now. I'm sure that the ports will get quicker...

After a ton of tinkering, I've been able to decompile/recompile framework-res.apk just fine. MMS receiving is working now just dandy, but still having issues with sending. Somewhere along the line it's pulling an empty MMSC from an APN and just bailing on sending it. Anyone have any ideas where...

    Post [ROM][MIUI 4.0][02 JAN][ICS 4.0.3] MIUI SwAT 1.12.23 RC2_NS4G

I can confirm that incoming MMS doesn't work on the stock MIUI messaging app which is a shame. I assume it's a similar issue to the other ICS roms that had this issue in the past so that might be a place to start looking for how to resolve it. It also fails to properly split messages for a CDMA...

I can confirm that applying a few Epic 4G tweaks using the new WiMax settings app that was included in this/straight AOSP I can now pick up WiMax where before I wasn't able to.
