No luck, I tried so many methods as well. Reflash ROM, GAPPS, wipe ROM and clean flash... etc. Only way it works is restoring my old ROM backup, but once it backs up all my pictures, it starts to delete all of them again one by one........

I think you can now just download off the market like a normal app. I have T-Mobile USA and I have no problem installing via market. If you don't see the app, try Market Enabler app via market.

simms22, Does su -> fix_permissions work for you? It never seems to work for me ever since switching from GB to ICS (since the good old SDK port days). And in regards to backlight dimmer command you posted, it's same as pasting that portion of code in sys/etc/init.d/98tweak file right? :D...

Perhaps the file might've not been completely downloaded....? You should try download them on a different computer/device to see if that's an issue.

It should be in /media/alarms/.. anyways, I tried removing some/all ogg files and if I remove all and reboot, Cesium.ogg is the only file that's left in there. If I remove Cesium.ogg, there is still one Cesium.ogg left in that directory, so I'm assuming there is Cesium.ogg somewhere hidden...

Yes, I clean installed (followed the instruction on OP). Cesium seems like only tone that has duplicates... :eek:

Flashed CM9 v4.0 RC0 yesterday and noticed there is 2 'Cesium' alarm tones. Is there a way to get rid of one? I tried fix permissions and such but it doesn't go away. I know this happens when there is two same tones (in any directory, it seems), but I can't seem to locate two identical files..)
