Dialer Having issues with the dialer. I can make calls but there is no notification no screen showing the current call. Tried downloading other dialers but no go.

chances are you forgot to delete the gmail.odex just to be sure try and remove it again rm /system/app/Gmail.odex then remove the gmail again rm /system/app/Gmail.apk adb push Gmail.apk /system/app (CAP G IMPORTANT) LOL reboot and it should work

Happened to me as well Yeah i got the same error last night i think the error occurs during the transfer to the phone if its disturbed or strained in some way. So delete the back up from the phone and be sure the only thing your doing on the pc at the time is putting the back up back on the...

Depends Well Hopefully the devs/chefs who make or cook Roms will be kind enough to build this awesome mod into their rom. However when you flash a new rom most require wipes and will likely overwrite the mms.apk in their install anyhow. So either it will keep your current mms.apk or flash one...
