i just flash the asia retail via RSDLITE and i opened the "About phone", i had an update. i selected to download it only via WIFI and downloaded it. the phone reboot, and then i wanted to look for more updates, it was disabled. what can i do to inlock the updates again?

im pretty sire that the verizon's cdma version called XT912. so beware. check your operator, is it a GSM or CDMA, and then make your choice. the worldwide is XT910 GSM.

I pretty sure that the xt912 is the american cdma version of the DROID RAZR, so installing ICS or any other ROM wont help you with gsm bands. the CDMA have other anthena or something. BUT check the correct model you have.
