i phone has no nfs log in data folder

i am in old build of this rom. i want to update to new build. how can i install new build without losing any data. do i need to flash gapps again. can someone put light on this please??

this lags and phone becoming slow was because of battery saver i figured this out. while on battery saver mode the performance profile is changed to power save this makes phone slow.

i find this rom laggy. it makes my phone very slow sometimes. apps opening time, page loading time, apps switching, all very laggy and slow.
