Sm p605k Update : After all my struggles tryin to get twrp to work I ditched it all together Used cf autoroot thru Odin Then used Flashfire (set your system date to 2012 to make it work) And flashed it all at once it s working great and I'm grateful to developer for giving my device a new life...

help sorry im so late to respond...on the page you recomended to me i was able to get twrp 3.1.1.0 which i flashed using odin unfortunately every time i boot from odin to recovery it says recovewery booting but then fails and goes back to dl mode

after lots of troubleshootin g and trying many methods i have not found a proper solid solution for restoring my imei so that i can use this rom for making calls i have made and restored efs backup several times using several different methods. once upon restoring efs the imei did get restored...

well you solved the problem...i am a jio sim user i just removed the sim and tried to boot and it worked!! all stable and fine. is there any way of fixing the problem with jio sim?

Support No the substratum does not have support for Samsung devices even if you put a Samsung based custom rom (in your case s8 port) it won't happen...you would need something more AOSP like lineage os kinda stuff
