Yeah, I'm also having the same issue, on stock palm was rejected when the pen was recognized, that doesn't happen here unfortunately. Couldn't get my LeftureNotes app to work no matter what I chose for palm rejection. Otherwise great ROM!

A friend helped me analyse errors in MatLog and find a solution: It seems the fingerprints from my first RROS installation were still stored in the phone, I had to delete all folders in /data/misc/keystore/ and then reinstall my ROM, then I could set fingerprints again!
