Post [OFFICIAL] OxygenOS 10.0.1 (Android Q 10.0) OTA for OnePlus 5 (cheeseburger)

Have you checked if it is not a hardware issue? My OP5 had an issue with the antenna a year ago and I had to open it and mess with it to make it work again.

Post [OFFICIAL] OxygenOS Android 10 Open Beta 3 for OnePlus 5 (cheeseburger)

I've been having instances of the screen randomly turning on for no apparent reason ever since OB2. Don't know if this is related to the OS or some random app that's misbehaving. Does anyone else have this issue?

Don't use those apps unless you follow what JoroBo said in the post before yours. You can only install outdated apps in bacon, and the Facebook ones are from 2015, which means they are unsecure and unoptimized for their APIs. I suggest using the Lite versions or to use the browser instead. Or...

Really? My Pokemon GO app stopped working on N40 ("This device, OS, or software is not compatible with Pokemon GO"). Meanwhile I updated to N41 and the problem persists.

It has nothing to do with N41. I haven't updated from N40 yet and SafetyNet isn't passing either today.

I don't know how you guys get such insane SOT, do you use any special kernel or firmware or... something? With normal usage I get maybe 3 hours SOT. If I use Pokemon GO a few minutes a day it's more like 1.5h or 2h, depends on the time the screen is on while playing. The most I got was 5h...

[@14.0] I'm having the same problem with Root Switch and SUhide that was present in 12.0 and was fixed in 12.1... After disabling root in Root Switch, the phone freezes and the UI is unresponsive.

    Post [ROM][EOL][LineageOS][Android 7.1.2r36][OMS7] TugaPower™ 65.0

Updated SUhide version to stable. SUhide was crashing on N12 when root was disabled, and the phone froze. If you don't use Pokemon GO, Android Pay or any SafetyNet enabled application, I don't think it matters much if you use N12 or N12.1 tbh.

As I expected, that was exactly it. Here's the post, for future reference: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=56303503&postcount=1968 I updated CWM to version 6.0.5.3 and installed the ROM without a problem! Seems smoother than before. Now I only need to install GApps. :)

Hi, I still have this device working as an alarm clock with very high battery life (~30 days on airplane mode) and mobility. I don't have much use for it other than that, and the occasional backup for my current phone. The last ROM I installed on it was mukulsoni's ver12 OTA, and I might try to...

For some odd reason, the Dec 8 nano version of OpenGApps didn't work (FC). The stock version worked fine, but it has too much stuff, so I uninstalled it. Post [ROM][5.1.1] CyanogenMod 12.1 [stable: 20170404] [FULLY WORKING!]

It isn't mutually exclusive. We have both CM11 and CM12/12.1 ROMs beieng developed at the same time, and there is no problem with that. Of course CM11 has slow development now, and isn't a priority, because CM12 is stable enough to be used daily. Personally, I would like an Android M ROM to...

Testing 5/12 version. Problems so far: - Got stuck with the flashlight on after using it. Had to reboot to turn it off. - Wifi disconnected repeatedly while installing some apps in bulk, don't know why. Not a major issue tbh. Hasn't disconnected during normal use. - Some random reboots when...

He asked if I recommended CM11 or CM12. I replied: I'm switching between one and the other, CM11 is more stable, and I always come back to it. But CM12 is pretty usable, and eventually I'll stay with it. So it's up to you, if you want stability, CM11. If you don't mind some bugs here and there...

One problem ( more of an annoyance) I keep getting with CM12 is that is takes 1~2 minutes after booting for the phone to recognize the SIM card. Is this normal/expected? In CM11 it's instantaneous.

I have no idea. Try searching for the german equivalent of Battery or something. In english, you need to search for a sub-string that's contained in "Battery Saver", like "Saver", of "Sav", or "Bat". I found this when I wrote "Sav" out of curiosity, and found it.

    Post [ROM][5.0.2] CyanogenMod 12.0 [stable: 20150428 / daily: 20150305]

You can access it by going to Settings, clicking the magnifier on the top right, and search for "saver". Don't know if it is absent from the normal menu on purpose. Maybe it's bugged or something. But you can access it anyway.

Stable 26/02: I don't know if it was supposed to be fixed, but I still get low volume on incoming calls. On the other hand, stand-by battery life has been amazing. Although, actually using the device consumes a fair bit of battery.

Stable release (13/1) is very good. The only problems I have are: - Low sound on calls, that is fixed with lowering and increasing it again (annoying, wish I didn't have to do that) - Ocasional tearing, not a big deal - Chrome rendering is really bad. I have to use the default Browser. Not...
