I recommend 6.1.3.2A. From that you can update safely. Not sure for 7.0.0.0A

I believe that is possible only with unlockkey.bin But that you have to pay. I've read it in 4pda

You aren't consistent. Yes I got 0, and then followed instructions with hex editing the deviceinfo. After that, I got working deviceinfo with the count 71. So whats the problem? Option 1: stucked with locked bootloader? Option 2: Any way to bypass this? Option 3: Backing/restoring something?

What did you expect if you reset your phone? You could always try installing other camera app. Finally, you could always install custom rom like mokee or miui and see what happens to camera then. Послато са NX549J уз помоћ Тапатока
