Post Meizu 16th - about, how to root and Gapps.

This looks shady. You have to send a logger file including your PSN (some unique phone identifier code) to an unknown Russian hacker who will then send you back files (after 10-40 days, if you won't pay him) with which you can apparently unlock the bootloader. I would wait for proof.

Post Meizu 16th - about, how to root and Gapps.

Post Meizu 16th - about, how to root and Gapps.

I have noticed that I am able to change the default browser properly (which was a major pain in the previous cn version) in 7.1.1.3A. Post Meizu 16 global root?

I'm sorry but they are the most unlikely people to help you out with this. You will have to wait for either a twrp or a release of the root option restriction in an upcoming flymeOS update. Since both options are rather unlikely to happen soon, you might be stuck with unrooted stock for a...

    Post Meizu 16 global root?

Not via the built-in settings since Meizu has disabled the root feature (although you might still see it) I am not going to try, but if you wanna risk it, you can try Kingoroot (beware, contains maleware) Besides root, I would love a twrp version for the 16th.
