    Thread Emergency Call only on Stock SMS app

    I am on Costume Stock-Based ROM, And when I try to send an SMS with the Stock Message App it says "Emergency Call Only" That's not a ROM probleme, I'm the only one who get this. That's Not a Hardware probleme, I can send SMS from hangout and Call. Where is the probleme ? Thanks for helping me :)
