damn , never tried to open a stock rom ... cant dezip because its a ext4 file .. i guess it will be in systemui.apk .. if not try framework-res.apk , twframework-res.apk , seccontacts and if exists secphone ... Cheers Bro

ya , but with kitkat 4.4.4 and later samsung changed most icons to a custom file format like atc , astc or qmg ...these formats are very hard to convert back and forth so it is really a pain in the ass ... i think samsung prefers the iphone customers who like non customizable expensive crap :(

I can understand you perfectly i had the same thing on some of my themes but i choosed to simply ignore them ;) Have you played around with an 4.4.4 rom and saw all the astc and qmg files ? do you had success in converting all the stuff ? Saludos Sam

can take some time because samsung / google changed all the images from png to some open gl format in 4.4.4 , need to find out how to convert and stuff :(

Nice Pille , only the download sources are bad :( dl is very slow from dhs , and the other two download options will dl exe files which i dont wanna execute because i dont know that sharehoster ... if you need download space you can get some on my server :)

make sure you completely transferred the rom with original cable to your phone and check if its write protected in windows , if yes the dl is corrupted ..

Can confirm , this time the torrent dls till end but when flashing, aroma works but after reboot it stucks before boot animation ... the v34 torrent is one page before ..someone posted it with a google shortened url..

dont had other battery mods installed nor xposed modules or installer ... maybe that clock move will do it because i see that in orignal ogmod from omega there is xhdpi battery icons where in the one from carotix its xxhdpi .. maybe not enough space with stock clock position..

ok , i see.. found it , its from carotix , link is in his carhd thread but when i try like you suggested it wont work , my battery disappears immediately after reboot .. the file is in the right dir and renamed .. strange .. i had to play around with that ..

Wont it be easier if you simply rename the batterymod apk inside the zip so it instantly replaces the omega batterymod when you flash it ?

is something wrong with the zip via torrent ? got stuck in startscreen ( before bootanimation ) waited 15 minutes and still nothing dled it 2 times and when i look on my external sd from windows explorer its writeprotected .. v 28 is not and works flawless..

not possible because an custom rom can include facebook app .. the app then is stored in system/apps by the rom cook.. if a update occurs the update replaces the app and stores it to /data/app .. if you replace an icon in data/apps the app will be removed and renamed .. for example to...

Thank you , Battery is an android kitkat issue as google changed the way it works , there is currently no solution to that , i will include it as soon as i know how to work around :)

Hey Carotix, i came from omega 26 and tried your v23 but i was stuck in a boot loop ( can see the start of bootanimation but bootanimation stays forever ) waited 15 minutes with and without full wipe ( from your menu in aroma the wipe ) maybe a kernel issue ?

sorry , cant do this theme for x different roms because the rom cooks often use other names for the same apk , for exampe some use hangouts,apk some use com.google.talk.apk .. but the theme can only handle one or it will be much bigger because i had to insert all the names in the theme...

ahould work as i do not add framework animations or different lockscreen or crt off ... make backup first and then try it :)

expect some more versions next time till i am completely satisfied with the result ;)

Sorry , i dont changed the color of the top bar where the clock is , and i cant take a look because im already on firmware 4.4.2 and cant roll back ... 1.6 is the right version for you , v2 is for android 4.3 .. both 4.2.2 and 4.3 are now discontinued because i moved to 4.4.2 and cant support them .

this weekend i will give you v1 of my 4.4.2 kitkat theme :)

i only need to find a solution for battery and systemwide backgrounds ... everything else is completely working on 4.4.2 :)

but will take some time... changes by samsung/google are huge as far as i see it ...
