    TWRP recovery will not stick if you boot to system directly from fastboot. Once you flash the recovery using fastboot, make sure you switch off the phone and boot into recovery before booting into the system.

    Status bar with a different wallapper would be the contextual header. Enable it from Settings -> Dirty Tweaks -> Status Bar -> Time Contextual Header. Fingerprint app drawer icon would be a part of some icon pack, AFAIK. And there are many icon packs that have this. e.g. Glim, urmun, impulse, etc.
