Nothing missing those settings r not enabled yet,gcam 6.2 is still new give some time to the developers they r gonna include it in new versions to come,if u want those settings try any 6.1 version.

Well. I don't know abot what r the advantages of level 3 camera2api and YUV format but i have given suggestions in feedback app on miui 10.2.2.0 stable if it improves our phones camera quality why not,i did it one in issues and suggestions also.Now even note7/note 7 pro also has level 3 support...
