After flashing the ROM and GApps, did you wipe the Cache and Dalvik Cache partition? If no, do it, and that may help solve your issue.

I installed the ROM with 95% battery, and after 6 hours of constant fidgeting, it is still at 60% As far as the bugs go, found one - The ringtone, after restarting the phone changes to some random tone, and WhatsApp message tone gets mixed up with default notification tone.
