It seems like you somehow bricked your phone. Could you please check your phone specific way to unbrick it? Since I don't know what phone it is, I cannot really help.

Got to TWRP Wipe > Advanced Wipe > Select System and press 'Repair or change file system' and repatition system. After doing that try flashing the image again.

Do you mean that message that you see in TWRP when rebooting to System? Just ignore it and go ahead and reboot. Everything should be fine.

Wipe system partition and then flash the new image along with all the other things that you usually flash through TWRP (Magiak, gapps, patches for bug fixes, etc..) You may face some problems like a bootloop, I recommend to first make a backup for all your data through TWRP.

Install the "Safetypatch v2" patch from Magisk to solve the cts problem. For the message saying there is an internal problem, I havw it as well. I think there is a way to disable it. I will let you know if I find out.

Does it require a custom ROM? i tried it on stock Oreo and it's not working. I tried almost every modded gcam I found online and they simply don't work on swift 2(x)

Clear cahce from the recovery. Turn off your phone then keep pressing the power button + volume down for about 10 sec and then clear cache from there

It's always recommended to delete cache and to do a factory reset if possible after any update. You can do this via the stock recovery
