improve camera performance the camera performance need to be improved. the camera hardware on z1 is great, but sadly under perform by it's weak software. with better and optimize software, i believe the camera on z1 can be on par with this year's current model

ok. i got rooted on my z1, checked with root checker. rooted! next i pulled the superuser.apk into sdcard and install it. then run it in app drawer. prompted to update binary. clicked normal. then it says failed to update. what went wrong?

Use file commander Use the stock app file commander. starting from kitkat, any 3rd party file explorer/manager will not have permission to write on sdcard. only stock system app like the file commander have write access to sdcard

zip file instead of ftf file Hi, i have downloaded the flashable.zip file, to be flash via recovery i have also download the stripped file. this is suppose to be flash via flashtool. but it is not in ftf file format. instead, it is in zip file format. do i just rename it to ftf file?
