what is your current ROM ? In order to fix it u need to extract PARAM.bin file from Boot loader and convert it to tar file using tool. after flashing it its done without any data loss. If you Have J700F Just Flash This Using ODIN :D if isn't, What is Your Mobile? Current Rom?
