Your superuser gone is because of systemless mode which requires kernel part so you have flash netherter if your kernel updated thanks

And after every flash do wipe dalvik

Now try nethunter again to flash yea the rom is little buggy this happen with me too but for the timing only this rom is so far good to go and i do tried nethunter on samsung stock rom it works too but havd to go with steps stock rom > kernel flash > nethunter flash

Update nethunter is working under stock rom too

nethunter kernel flash only and flash log of this and then check the kernel version.this might fix it....

in twrp after flash. Go to - advanced - copy log It will be saved as recovery.log in internal storage

when you flash rom in twrp in end it ask you save log

you probably didnt flash nethunter chroot kindly do let me know if tplink wn722n works for packet injection

If you flashed nethunter then kernel version should be updated to 3.18.36
