I'm really itching to try this with my H840. Is it like normal root? Xposed and stuff works? And ROMs?

I've read that SuperSu doesn't work. Can I use Xposed or other apps that require root? What is the downsides of having SuperSu not installed? Also, does this make warranty fall away? One more thing: Is there any available KDZ/Tot files for LG G5 se (LG H840)?

Would you mind explaining how to do this? All the different threads I've read confused me

Where can I find a pre-rooted image for the H815p? And I'm currently on Marshmallow. Does that matter?
