So I got my phone at 9:00 this morning and I have been patiently doing work until now. Now that I have some time i turned on the Note 3 for the first time and the activation fails. Anyone have any suggestions?

The Samsung headphones that came with my tab do not work. They work a little if I pull the plug out part of the way but not when they are plugged in all the way. All other headphones work.

My sister-in-law works at a t-mobile call center and was able to order me an off contract Galaxy Tab for $213!
