I explain myself better, since the recovery format all the partitions, then I install the official rom, and either stable or beta, as soon as the restart gives the error that it could not locate my device and restart, and so without stopping in a loop. :(:(

i have exactly the same problem, i used easyflasher to flash twrp and tablet says ok, but dont enter in twrp. only says "booting recovery kernel image".

i use this time android commander. i deleted old htcclockwidget and then copy the new to system/app and cleared it and finally restarted. didnt work and before i had 43 widgets and after only 39 LoL
