I have the same issue. I had bought the same card and had SanDisk replace the card twice. I have moved on from the Sandisk cards and have bought and used a 64GB Samsung EVO microsdxc.

I've used the Sandisk 128GB micro sdxc for a couple of months and had the same problem. I'm now using a Samsung 128GB Pro and i've not encountered that problem since (about five weeks now). Will update in a month or two if I encounter any problems with the Samsung card

Well, I have a normal car charger from Best Buy and have the USB to microusb cable out of the box. I've plugged the cable into the Sony Charging Dock for my Z3 and place it near the dash then put a lot of Blu Tack underneath. I've had no problems since - the Z3 doesn't wobble or gets ejected...
