Hello, Xperia Z3 on 5.0.2, just bought prime because the app works great, but every time I try selecting an image to personalize the navigation bar buttons, it says "unfortunately, xstana has stopped" and returns me to the main screen. Any idea why? If you need more info, let me know.

Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to change the way the NavBar looks on 5.0.2. I was able to do it on 4.4.4 using Xperia/AOSP NavBar buttons module for Xposed, but it doesn't seem to work for the replacement icons anymore.

I'm trying to remove the Wi-Fi calling notification, but there's no longer an option to stop all notifications from the app info page, like there was in KK. Has anybody figured a way to get rid of the persistent notification?

Flashed Serophia's zip using his instructions over rooted and xposed 4.4.4, works great! Currently restoring all my apps now!

Maybe try the Xposed module that hides the root status? I haven't had any experience so I couldn't tell you if it works or not, but it's worth a shot.

I had the overlay too, that's the only reason I installed the new Twitch. It wouldn't let me use the old app at all, with or without APUV. Might have been an update on the app that caused that to happen.

Had mine since 10/29, the T-Mobile release, and it is only getting better with root. Can't imagine owning any other phone, even with the release of GS6 and G4. Should note too that the phone is not rated against salt/sea water, so taking it in is always a risk.

Without root, I don't think there's a way for 3rd Party Apps to access the SD card directly. You would have to root and install ES File Explorer, then use it to download the files instead of Chrome when it prompts you.

Well I found a method that works, but it adds black bars on the bottom where the nav bar would be, and turns the status bar into solid black.

Yup, apparently it could be months away. :( I'm not too sad, as KK with root is everything I could want. Just wish I could get that annoying text to go away properly.

Just conjecturing here, but maybe it's because the camera doesn't have the same functionality on a custom rom, and I know at least I'm perfectly satisfied with stock and Xposed.

Honestly it doesn't matter to me, I've found many ways around it. I either deal with the slight stuttering having it in my pocket, or put it in my jacket front pocket (which solves the issue), or just set it down somewhere. I love the phone too much to have it traded in for anything that small.

I think you mean to say "inconspicuous" :P. Anyways I agree, looking at it, it's also a much lighter shade of gray/white than the Xperia or Sony logo, so it actually blends in quite well. There's also no T-Mobile branding on the front, which is really nice.

So I just got my Ringke Fusion case in the mail yesterday. The magtron magnector adapter not only fits with the case on (extremely well with a lot of room to spare), but the case actually secures it and it no longer slips off like it used to.

So I never use the magnetic port, and I don't really plan to. I am wondering if there is some sort of cover for the port that will make it flush with the rest of the left side of the phone. I haven't found anything searching, but figured I would ask.

Is that happening for both notifications/ringtones as well as music? It's designed to only use the bottom speaker for notifications, but if you're listening to an MP3 and it's still only using the bottom, then there's an issue.

I think the last step is all that's required. Holding the volume up button & power button for a few seconds (5? 10?) will cause it to vibrate 3 times and reset. It gets you out of pretty much anywhere; learned that from messing with my Z1C's bootloader.
