as far as I have experienced the customisations are present for country specific models.. you must flash ftf belonging to your country only..

Yes it can easily be done by flashtool.. And some other options are pc companion and emma.. If you have unlocked your bootloader then you cant ever update phone through emma or pc companion.. But if your boot loader is locked then after flashing stock firmware you are free to update your phone...

even if i install modem switcher from stock ftf, it recognises modem files from system/etc/customisations/modems/modem.mbn but in AOSP modem is located in system/***/firmware/modem.b00 so it wont actually switch the modem.. logically.. any other help is welcomed.

First of all check if your phone is capable of VoLTE.. Most of snapdragon and Mtk phones are capable of it.. Second if it is capable then change modem/baseband as per the requirements of service provider. And some minor build.prop addition.. Then you may use Volte. Anyhow cm13 can be made volte...

Boot logo or boot splash screen is a part of kernel. it is in kernel.sin. if you meant bootanimation by that, then it can be found in system>media>bootanimation.zip

I think either your LCD is not genuine or you might have changed any system settings using root.. you better try to change your LCD which will cost you around 5500/- INR.

You better go to sonydeveloper to get a unlock code for bootloader, then use flashtool to unlock. backup your data first.

the problem is caused by overheating and the negative terminal of battery got defused.. you need to eighther replace the battery or to bypass the negative terminal through a jumper wire.

Still no upadte in India.. .283 4.4.4 kk is running.. :(
