Well, besides the fact that I sent the phone back already, why wouldn't it be "water-resistant", if they say it is? I have several other products that say water-resistant, and they are! I went SCUBA diving down to 40 feet with my Lumix Point and Shoot camera, and it worked absolutely fine. Thanks.
