For me personally this is the only Pie ROM that gives me accurate and almost instantaneous GPS fix on the T-Mobile Note 4. Have tried many others but on most there is no fix (using GPS Test from App store) at all. Big thanks to the developer for keeping our devices updated.

Yes, it works just fine to select and press on the phone screen. It's probably because the OS is specific to the Note 4 and is configured to recognize its own SPen.

If this is your phone then you can ask AT&T to unlock it for you: https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/?#/ If not then look around eBay for sellers who specifically target this device; they can provide you with an unlock code for a small fee.

Highly possible. I installed Magisk last (which is my personal way of flashing ROMs) and have had zero issues. When in doubt follow the developer's recommendations though.

TheRock40359: That is probably accurate. It's been a while since I unlocked the bootloader on mine and upgraded the baseband to PL1; can't remember about the bootloader though. Follow the rest of the advice and see if your issues persist.
