to me switching off WIFI causes huge drain and keeping it always on is fine on battery.

Overall rom performance seems great. Just tried to enable trace keyboard and vibration got switched off and didn't work even if its enabled from settings.

Use the attached files move HtcLockScreen.apk to /sd-ext/app_s and move libui.so to /system/lib/ and you will get Trackpad to wake and unlock.

This ROM would not work without a EXT4 partition. Refer to the requirements in the OP.

This one is ment to be for the CM7r2 HBOOT version. I'm running on it without any probs, in fact it runs like a charm.
