Yes it’s true I just checked using T-Mobile Note 9 stock messaging app that RCS it’s working properly .

But I try it in my tmobile note 9 and the same thing, so I guess this is nothing to do with the unlocked or tmobile version

for a few seconds chat features was enable, but chat features unavailable for this device

My phone doesn't show the VOLTE signal only LTE+ Also when I'm in a call it shows LTE+ ...

So I have the unlocked USA version is the note10+ and I was thinking of flash the T-Mobile firmware. The get the missing feature I am losing (video calling and volte) so not recommend it?

i still can not get signal on my moto e using a prepaid sim card Claro Dominican Republic (i did everything possible) adb command, apn, factory reset, airplane mode, ....etc can someone help me?

Ok I forgot to mention that I own a galaxy s3 and everything works fine with it. I can stream video , movie 1080p , mp3 , photo , etc. But with my note 10.1 no video or movie (I can stream mp3 and photo) I try reconnecting, restating, etc and not work with video. Sent from my GT-N8013...
