R u sure you have followed everything? What is the model number? Wipe Cache and data and try.

Thx,But it is not that much easy,i edited some .xml files in firmware becoz of the LTE issue. Now phone does not allow me to start sync services.what could be the issue.

There is a message saying "Sync service is disabled" on the top. In accounts each and accounts says "Sync disabled". WHY??? :(

You have to flash the country specific CSC that whitelisted your carrier.
