There is still battery saver bug photo here Also some other things I noticed: Night light is software rendered (makes everything lag). And there is no KCAL in kernel. I think it should be possible to make night light use KCAL/whatever LiveDisplay uses. If you can't at least please add KCAL

Please reinstall stock 5.1.1 with fastboot and then follow the instructions in the right order. I will admit I have no clue *why* it doesn't work when you do it in the other order, though. The screen glitch thing after the Google logo is normal and you will notice it on stock ROM sometimes.
