He means in the zip file that you flash as ROM from CWM. Inside it contains 2 folders and a boot.img file. Replace the boot.img file from the ROM zip file with the one provided.

It's a known issue. Haven't read of any fix for that on the forum.

I did that. It is in english now. But what i meant is the shortcuts. When you open Celetask, go to Menu-Tools. And the shortcuts on the screen are still in chinese. The first one is Reboot, second one Shutdown, third inverts the screen resolution. But i couldn't figure out the rest :-?? Mersi :)
