before I flashed WR kernel, the internal storage location is on /data/media/ but after I flashed WR kernel, it changed to /data/media/0/ I don't know about the sdcard tho, because I don't use sdcard.

it wasnt :( i already installed it before replying. for example is the google play store, es file explorer, titanium backup, 2048, they all have custom default icons on the build 3 and 4 but on 5 they only have their ugly default icons

maybe because we have somewhat similar looking UI before you flash so you didn't notice anything? well, you can just try to manually put the files to your phone and change permissions.
